How much does a mobile notary cost?
California caps the notarization itself at $15 per signature (Gov. Code § 8211). A mobile appointment adds a travel fee based on distance and timing, quoted up front when you book — no surprises at the table. Call (818) 636-2199 and we'll confirm your exact fee before you book.
What do signers need to bring?
Every signer needs a current, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport), the unsigned documents, and any witnesses your document requires. Don't sign ahead of time — for most notarial acts, signatures must happen in front of the notary.
Can you handle a full loan signing package?
Yes — purchase, refinance, HELOC, and seller packages. We print the package in advance (two copies where your lender wants them), walk the borrowers through each signature, and return the completed package to escrow or the lender the same day.
Do you pick up and deliver document jobs?
Yes. For reprographics, scanning, and conversion work we schedule pickup at your office or home office and deliver the finished job back — or send searchable files by secure download. See Document Services for how jobs run.

Loan signings
Full signing-agent service for purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages. We print the package in advance, guide borrowers through every initial and signature, quality-check each page, and return documents to escrow or the lender the same day.
Acknowledgments, jurats & oaths
The everyday notarial acts, done by the book: signature acknowledgment, jurats (sworn statements signed in the notary's presence), and administration of oaths and affirmations — at your kitchen table, office, or anywhere in between.

What each signer needs
A two-minute check now saves a second trip later. For loan packages, your lender or escrow company may add its own list.

Are you a licensed California notary?
Yes. SEVENDOCS Notary Mobile operates under a California notary public commission, and every signing is recorded in a sequential journal as California law requires. Loan signings are handled to signing-agent standards used by escrow and title companies.
How fast can you get to me?

Can you notarize a document in Spanish?
A signer doesn't have to speak English for a notarization, but the notary and signer must be able to communicate directly, and California notaries can't certify their own translations. If your document is in another language, call ahead and we'll tell you exactly what's needed.
Can you give legal advice or prepare my documents?
No — a notary public is not an attorney and can't advise you on what to sign or prepare legal documents for you. We can notarize documents you've prepared (or your attorney has), and point you to the right kind of professional when you need one.
